Almost in all projects, we ask for a vector-based file in PDF,DRW,AI,EPS or SVG file extensions.

For all standard signs and channel letters, it will take 24 hours to send you a price quote.

When you decide to place the order, we will send you 3D proof of your project  before we start to manufacture your order.

After you approve the proof we start your order and it will take 5/6 days from the time you approve the final proof until we build and ship the sign.

Shipping to you can take from 1 day to a few days, depending on the type of shipping you have.

We offer to all our electrical compenents we used in your signage 1to 3 year warranty for when used appropriately.

In case of damaged components, we only make replacement of damaged part such as leds, power supply etc.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We kindly request you to check your parcel immediately after receiving it.

If there is any damage on the delivery box, please fill in damage form with transport company before your accept the parcel.

Please send us detailed pictures of the damages that we can review the situation to solve your problem.
